This is my new coffee addiction. It's so simple. And pretty much guilt free. (Just think of it as my Monday morning gift to you.) I saw this recipe on Instagram and now I'm hooked!
You'll need coffee, ( I cold brew mine and keep it in the fridge), unsweetened almond milk, and maple syrup.
I pour about 3/4 cup of coffee in my pint mason jar, add 2 tsp. of maple syrup, stir it well, and then add almond milk and ice.
It's amazing. And the fact that unsweetened almond milk has only 30 calories a serving makes it even more amazing!
I may perhaps consume more of these than I should this week since the goal is to finish hashing out our homeschool plan for the year. And finish tackling the school room. Today may be a two coffee day. We'll see. =D
