Spring Fluffing, Ikea Fake Plants and No words

I've been wearing my "pastor's wife hat" A LOT lately (figuratively speaking..I don't wear hats!), and I'll just be honest and tell you that it has left me exhausted.

Please know that I'm not complaining,  I love being a pastor's wife!  It's just that lots of talking (i.e. discipleship/counseling) makes me really tired and turns my brain to mush. I've attempted to sit and write but I just feel all talked out.  I said I would share how my "once a month shopping" went, but as of right now, it's just not coming out in understandable sentences.  Seriously, everything I have tried to type just comes out all discombobulated. Usually my brain is exploding with too much to say and it spills out here, but today, it's going to be light on words and heavy on pics.  (Did any of that make sense?)

So here is what this post is about: I used an hour of the little's naptime on Saturday and did some spring fluffing which included lamp swapping, borrowing from other rooms, rearranging and a bit of painting.

And you should be warned that I have a newly found obsession for Ikea's fake plants.  I want to put them everywhere!

One last thing...I'm not sure about leaving the "Bless Our Nest" pic on the black and white gallery wall. (I swiped it from the Dining Room.)  What do you think?

    1. Thanks, Christa! I do love that pic, especially since it was a gift from Nester. Having it there is definitely growing on me, just have to tweak the wall a bit because a few of the pics are crowded. And I can't tell you how much I adore those plants, they are worth every penny!

    1. Thank you! I'm really loving the fun colors too...it is so happy. Yes, the Ikea plants are awesome, definitely worth every penny. Everyone who comes in my house can't believe they are fake. I'm a serial house plant killer, so fake is the only way to go for me, lol! =D
