....this beautiful, white, newborn sweater at a yard sale for 50 cents. I marveled at the size....that this new life growing within will soon trade her current warmth and comfort for this tiny garment.
....a gorgeous bride, having her bridal portraits taken on the gravel road and in the pasture right in front of our home. Another new life about to start...trading her home for his and beginning their journey of marriage.
....ten siblings, along with many friends and family, come together to mourn the death, and celebrate the life, and now a new life of a beloved brother. Because of his faith in Christ, this world was not his home...this week he traded this world for eternity with Jesus.
So much irony in it all...wonder, beauty and sadness, all entangled with new beginnings.
