On the third day, I didn't do a whole lot, but I made two homemade pizzas (we ate one and one went in the freezer), energy bars (using corn chex and wheat chex) and a crockpot of Sausage and Black-eyed Pea soup. Half of this soup was eaten the next day and half went in the freezer for another meal. I only remembered to take a picture of one of the pizzas...sorry!
I'm so glad that I spent a good part of three days baking and cooking. It was so worth it!
